Hello,

Here is my 30mm boilie rolling machine to print in PLA or PETG

Rolling capacity of 10 balls per turn

There are 5 plates for a total of about 50 hours of printing

For the base:

It is cut on two build plates. You just need to assemble them by gluing (I use two-component epoxy glue (like Araldite and it works very well)!

“”"Remember to activate supports for the base (the "classic auto" mode works very well)."""

For the rollers:

They are also cut into two "half shells" and laid flat for a cleaner print finish

You will also need to assemble them with a little glue

“”"no supports"""

For the flanges:

To be assembled by screwing. You will need to add screw-in inserts (M6 and M5) into the base and purchase M6/M5 30mm screws

“”"no supports"""

Once everything is printed, you will need to get:

  • a 6mm square rod, at least 45cm long, to insert into the center of the assembled rollers ("oven spit" rods are perfect),
    • You can easily find 6mm square tubing at your favorite DIY store. Adapt the end for connection to a drill, for example.
  • some nuts,
  • M6/M8 washers
  • two 62*30*16 bearings (SKF 6206 type) to insert into the housing of the two flanges.

Once assembled, it is 38 cm long, allowing 24 15mm boilies to be produced with each roller turn

To be used with a screwdriver, a crank (to be made by you) or an adaptable motor

Another 36cm version is currently being designed

Also find in my Maker profile my roller conveyor for receiving the dough sausages, as well as my 20mm and 15mm machines

Motorization kit currently being designed

Feel free to leave your feedback and ideas in the comments to help improve the machine. All ideas are welcome :-)
