Description

Overview

These 3D-printable insert bins are designed to be a high-precision replacement for original Sortimo inserts. They are engineered to match the original dimensions as closely as possible, ensuring a perfect fit and seamless compatibility with your existing equipment.

Compatibility

The bins are optimized for the following Sortimo cases:

  • Sortimo T-BOXX 320: Use Parametric Variant 0 (Height: 63mm).
  • Sortimo T-BOXX 330: Use Parametric Variant 1 (Height: 95mm).

Critical Printing Instructions

To ensure the bins sit perfectly flat and flush in your case, I strongly recommend using support filament for the bottom surface.

If printed without proper support settings, the bottom texture can become too rough, causing the bins to wobble or sit unevenly in the T-BOXX.

My Recommended Setup (Pre-configured in the print profile):

  • Main Body: PLA
  • Support Interface: PETG (Set as "Support Interface" in Bambu Studio / OrcaSlicer)

Using PETG as an interface for a PLA print allows for a "zero-gap" top interface layer. This results in a glass-smooth bottom surface that pops right off, ensuring your bins lie perfectly level and stable.
