Description

This clamp is custom designed to hold down 6AN braided line.  I discovered there is a range of outside diameters for braided hose, depending on the manufacture and pressure ratings.  I have included 3 different size print files so be sure to measure your hose with a caliper prior to wasting filament.   The hole in it is 0.260" and was designed for use with ¼" bolts.  I drill my frame with a #7 bit and then thread it (for blind holes).  For areas where I have access to the other side I use a nyloc nut.  The thickness of the part is 0.200" all around so it is stout.  I print it with 5 loops and 40% infill for a solid, long lasting clamp.  I think it looks much more professional than the plastic dipped metal clamps for sale and for pennies per clip it's about time you save a little money on your project, all while looking classy.

Boost Me (for free)

Hey, please check out my other prints and if you have a boost burning a hole in your pocket, I would really appreciate the recognition if this was useful to you.  I burn through a lot of filament on my designs so every boost helps me.  Thank you!
