Modular Bottle Storage - Industrial Strength & Zero-Waste Design

This is not your average flimsy bottle holder. Modular Bottle Storage is an engineered, heavy-duty organizing system designed for maximum structural integrity, longevity, and print efficiency. Whether you need a small insert for a kitchen cabinet or a floor-to-ceiling feature wall, this system scales with your needs.

Key Engineering Features:

  • Industrial Stability: When two modules are joined, they form a 15mm reinforced double-wall. Combined with diagonal infill patterns, this creates a vertical load-path capable of supporting extreme weight without deformation (Tested for heavy-duty use).
  • Mechanical Interlock: Features a precision-engineered "cross-lock" system. The modules don't just sit on top of each other; they lock together using 6mm spacers to prevent sliding, shearing, or wobbling.
  • Zero-Waste Printing: Designed to be printed flat on the bed to eliminate the need for supports. The internal geometry is optimized for Bambu Lab AMS, resulting in minimal material flushes per module.
  • Universal Geometry: The 85mm internal diameter is the "Golden Ratio" for storage. It perfectly fits standard wine bottles, spirit bottles, soda cans, and food jars.

Important: Assembly & Structural Integrity

Please note: This modular system is designed for maximum stability. The tolerances are very tight to ensure a "zero-wobble" experience once assembled.

  • One-way Assembly: While the modules and spacers may slide together easily for the first 80%, the friction increases significantly once fully seated. Consider this a permanent assembly.
  • Disassembly: It is extremely difficult to separate the parts once they are locked in. If you absolutely must take them apart, it will require significant force and potentially tools, which may risk damaging the surfaces.
  • Assembly Recommendation (Optional): For an even smoother experience, I recommend a quick sanding or filing of the edges on the 6mm Connecting Spacers (specifically the side that touched the build plate) to remove any "Elephant's Foot." 
    • Note: This is only a recommendation for the spacers to ease the initial fit. The main modules do not require any post-processing or filing.
