Looking for your next mesmerizing desk distraction? This kinetic spiral drop fidget toy is incredibly satisfying to use and watch. Just place the custom spiral ball at the top of the double helix tower and let gravity do the rest as it smoothly spins all the way to the bottom.

 

Perfect for keeping your hands busy during long meetings, as an ADHD/sensory toy, or just as a cool interactive piece for your workspace. It’s a highly addictive, print-in-place style mechanical toy that requires zero hardware or assembly. Print it in a silky filament to make the spinning motion look even more fluid and visually striking!

 

Heads Up: Dismantling support on this fidget toy is not easy, it's best you have tools that help you cut through the support until you can rotate it and pull it out. 

 

Printing Instructions:

Material: PLA, PLA+, or PETG (Silk PLA is highly recommended as it tends to have a naturally lower friction coefficient, making the ball slide beautifully).

  • Layer Height: 0.16mm to 0.20mm (Going slightly lower on the layer height ensures the track is smoother so the ball doesn't get stuck on layer lines).
  • Z-Seam Alignment: Set your Z-seam to "Back" or "Aligned" (Avoid "Random"). You want to keep the seam away from the inner track where the ball slides so it doesn't create a speed bump.
  • Infill: 15% (Gyroid).
