Replacement Base for HeroQuest (2021)

Do you need a new base for your HeroQuest 2021 monsters or heroes? Have you debased them and then regretted it? Do you want to have practically the same base size for your proxy miniature or fanmade content than the ones used in the game?

Fret no more! I was in your shoes, and this is my solution to that problem. After taking a lot of measurements and learning that not even the original bases measure exactly the same between themselves, I thoroughly tested and try and retry until I got a model that I was just right for my eyes. And one of them just need a mere 1,49 grams of filament and less time than a Benchy!

The bases can be also used in any game systems that use 25mm/1 inch bases, and you should also take into account that if you want a “grainy” finish on the base, such as the ones you can see in another bellicose hand tools games, you should use a PEI textured plate, but if you want to have a “smooth” finish, then you should use a smooth plate, or my favourite, the BambuLab SuperTack Cold Plate. It's just sooo smooth and it sticks sooo well!

Also, the profile will iron the bases, so they doesn't get tangled or stuck in your playmat, and you have three different options. You can print one base, you can print an standard need of five bases, and you can also use this project to give that last couple meters of filament at the end of your spools a honorable end, printing 25 bases for your games one by one, so you can just cancel the printing as soon as the filament runs out, so you only waste filament on one incomplete base and have the rest all for yourself!
