Block Shaft key head (compatible with Fiat / Opel)

I designed this replacement head for Block Shaft keys like the one in the photo, mounted on Lancia Ypsilon and compatible with some Fiat, Opel keys, and other models with the same metal shank.
The original key had broken plastic: with this model, you can reuse the metal shank by inserting the Block Shaft cylinder into the new 3D printed head.

Features:

• Ergonomic and rounded shape, comfortable to hold.
• Main hole for the Block Shaft shank.
• Through-hole for locking screw/pin.
• Thickness and dimensions designed for daily use on car keychains.

Printing recommendations:

• Material: PLA+, PETG or ABS (heat-resistant material is better if the car is left in the sun).
• Layer height: 0.2 mm.
• Infill: 50–100% for greater robustness.
• Walls/perimeters: at least 3.
• Supports: only if necessary based on the chosen orientation.
