Conversion Filter Kit for Dennerle Nano Corner Filter 40

Replaces the two fleece filter cartridges with a base holder for sponges. I have redirected the tube so that the largest possible rectangular sponge can be used. 2 filters cannot be used in series; please use my other model for this (for Corner Filter XL). I have only shown it here together with sponges to illustrate what I mean by filter sponges.

Prepare sponges:

At the inlet opening (grille) at the bottom, place a small sponge [Coarse 5*50*37], behind it [Fine 15*50*37], above that [Fine 20*50*37] (leave a notch at the top near the pump here) at the very bottom, the carbon sponge can be replaced by a [Fine approx 13*6*3.5] sponge.

Assembly:

Place sponges into the holder and position them correctly at the top near the pump, then clip them in at the bottom, insert the carbon sponge, then place the lid with the suction cups and reinstall the pump in the aquarium.

Print:

There are 2 print profiles each for A1 mini and P1S, each with PLA and PETG. I used PETG as it is more resistant in water.

Please print as shown, with Tree support 35° (On build plate only)

Used sponge filters:

Juwel size L is approx 125*125*50mm, other sizes may be used, especially the coarse one can be chosen smaller, but there is not much difference in price.

Juwel L Bio Plus Fine:
20*50*125 (corresponds to a 20mm slice) and 5*50*38 and approx 13*6*3.5 for the bottom (possibly instead of a carbon filter)
