This is my redesigned Factorio-inspired RGB Linkage Lamp.
In this iteration, I focused on refining the proportions and upgraded the core controller to an ESP32-C3-MINI. I rebuilt the entire model in Blender to hide the controller in the base and move the Type-C port to the rear, all secured with screws for a solid build.
To optimize it for FDM printing, I updated the top with a curved geometry, which effectively eliminates sagging issues without needing extra supports. Although the base supports are a bit tedious to remove, the final print only takes about 30 minutes and the detail is spot on.
There’s a satisfying little detail during assembly: the RGB LED gives a crisp 'click' when it's fully seated. Since my ESP32 already had pin headers soldered, the internal space is a bit tight this time—but for a cleaner look, I’d recommend integrating the LEDs directly onto a custom PCB array.
