Description
A threshold ramp pad suitable for most robotic vacuum cleaners—adjustable in height and size, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to assemble.
The model's height is 2.2cm, and its length is 66cm (the model is designed to be assembled with connectors, allowing you to adjust the length). The slope is 17°. The original dimensions are suitable for thresholds 2.2-2.5cm high.
For other threshold heights, you can proportionally scale it up or down yourself.
The bottom of the model has a reserved 0.9mm recess, allowing you to apply traceless double-sided tape thicker than 1mm (1mm is recommended for a seamless bond with the ground).
It is pre-plated and printed upside down. The build plate contact surface is precisely the ramp surface, and using a textured build plate can highlight the texture to increase friction. Print the curved slopes on both sides upright; a layer height of 0.12mm or less can reduce layer lines.
Recommended to use PETG filament for printing, as it is impact resistant and more durable.
No supports needed for the entire plate.
