đ Update: Improved Pin Print Profile
- We have added a new print profile with increased stability for the pins. If you are experiencing pin print failures, please try this profile.
- If user feedback is positive, we will apply this change to the default model.
đ ď¸ Troubleshooting: Breakage During Assembly
- Why it happens: Breakage when inserting pins is often caused by slight material differences between filaments. This shrinkage or tolerance difference can occur even between different colors of the exact same filament type.
- The Solution: To minimize this variable, we highly recommend using the exact same filament for both the joint pins and the main frame.
- (Tip: You can easily achieve this by using the 2-color print setting!)

Read This Before Assembly
Before assembly, it is recommended that you prepare a pair of long-nose pliers and a flat work surface such as a table or cutting mat.
Assembly strength and difficulty may vary depending on the filament used.
This model was tested using PLA Basic and PLA Matte filaments on the P1S, A1, and P2S printers.
đĄ Material Guide
- Not Recommended: PLA Matte & Silk (Low durability, prone to breaking)
- Good: Basic PLA (Lower risk of breakage during assembly)
- Best: PETG & ABS (Highest strength and joint durability)
âď¸ Scaling & Assembly Notes
- The overall model scales well and assembles without issues from 100% to 200%.
- Note on Hands: At these larger scales, the joints of the print-in-place hands may become loose.
- (Upcoming: We plan to add fixed hands and multi-part hands as alternative options.)
- Scaling beyond 200% has not been tested yet.

Details
The assembled size is approximately 5.5 inches (14 cm).
Extra Joint Pins are included, so it is normal to have leftover pins after assembly.
When only the frame is assembled, some parts may not be firmly secured.
These parts are designed to be fully secured once the armor parts are attached, so posing or handling the model is recommended only after assembly is fully complete.

Please refer to this when moving the neck and shoulder joints.

The 3 mm hole on the back adds extra play value by supporting a variety of joint-compatible options.

The optional armor parts allow for a simpler look.
(Recommended for two-color builds.)
