Description

Why pay $15 for two small pieces of plastic when you can print them for $0.15?

Following a community request, I’ve modeled a 1:1 replica of the official RayNeo x B&O Sound Tubes. These are specifically designed for the RayNeo series to direct audio straight into your ears, reducing sound leakage and boosting perceived volume by up to 80% (as claimed by the B&O collaboration).

I’ve spent time refining the curves to match the 'Pro' look of the new Air 4 accessories. It’s a game-changer for privacy and audio immersion in public spaces.

Please take your time to put these on it will fit !

⚙️ Print Settings

  • Material: TPU ONLY. This is mandatory because the part needs to stretch and slide over the glasses' arms from the back. Rigid materials like PLA or PETG will scratch your glasses or snap during installation.
  • Supports: I have already included optimized Manual Tree Slim Supports in the 3MF file. They are easy to remove and ensure a clean internal sound channel.
  • Walls: 2 walls for a perfect balance between flexibility and durability.
