[Porsche Cayenne Assembly kit card] 1:43/Realistic Style/Rotatable Wheels/Also includes multi-part version (Porsche Journey Series)

The Porsche Cayenne is a high-performance SUV that combines luxury, space, and performance, and is one of Porsche's most successful models

The body and wheels of this model are based on the Cayenne model images from the official Porsche China website (Porsche Cayenne (E3 / 9YA) Standard SUV)

Using a 1:43 scale, we tried our best to restore the details of the real car, with minor adjustments to adapt to FDM printing

Both kit card version and disassembled versions are provided

Printing Instructions (Updated March 19, 2026)

1. The kit card version is suitable for direct collection and as a gift
2. The disassembled print version is suitable for assembly and play, TPU can be used to print tires for enhanced friction, silver material for printing wheels, and custom colors for printing the car body
3. Due to the influence of different printing materials, if the wheels do not rotate smoothly enough, the wheels and tires can be printed together scaled up to 101% or even 102%
4. All uploaded images are actual photos, showing the kit card version and the fully assembled version, with hand-painted car logo details
5. The material for the printed product in the actual photos is PLA Matte Rock Gray (using PLA Basic gray would have better results, but it ran out)

1. Preparation

1.1 Deburring: After printing realistic style models, some stringing may occur. It is recommended to use a heat gun to quickly remove small strings

1.2 Separating the kit card (kit card version): The sprue points can be easily separated, but it is still recommended to carefully clean up small adhesions

1.3 Removing supports: Supports are forcibly enabled for all four wheel overhangs on the car body. Just press the wheel frame support firmly inwards towards the car body, and after hearing a 'click', the supports will easily fall off

1.4 The included Porsche logo also serves as an auxiliary tool for wheel hub installation

2. Installing Wheels and Tires

2.1 The tires and wheel hubs are modeled with a 0.1mm tolerance, so they are quite tight. First, press the wheel hub face up into the tire, then use a hard object (such as the Porsche logo included with the kit card) placed on the wheel hub, and press firmly until the wheel hub and tire are flush
2.2 If you need to hand-paint the wheels and tires, it is recommended to do so before installation

3. Installing Wheels and Axles

3.1 The default configuration forcibly disables supports for the wheel frames. If the configuration is re-adjusted, all supports and support surfaces should be completely cleaned before installing the wheels

3.2 The supports and support surfaces at the axle points on the car body should be meticulously cleaned, as this greatly affects the smooth rotation of the tires after installation
3.3 When installing the wheels, observe and align to the vertical position before applying force, to prevent damaging the axle due to excessive force

4. Breaking-in and Painting (Optional)

4.1 After the wheels and axles are installed, use four fingers of both hands to hold the four wheels and rotate the car body to break in the axles. Repeated breaking-in will make the rotation smoother!
4.2 Due to the printing size, details such as the car logo cannot be printed. It is recommended to hand-paint the Porsche logo for a better look (yellow background, red on the upper right and lower left, a little black at the top)
