Volvo EX90 MagSafe Charger

Update 03/15/2026: Tightened up the MagSafe hole.

There are two USBC charge ports in the center area under the main display on the dashboard.  This model adds a way to use this space for MagSafe charging.  There are 1X and 2X versions depending on how many MagSafe chargers you want down there.  This was designed for the 25W MagSafe charger, the one with the braided cable.  The older 15W version, the one with the plastic cable, will not fit.  The back plate of the model needs to fit over the elastic band to ensure the model does not fall over.

It prints at a 45° angle so I would recommend adding a brim to ensure it stays stuck to the print bed.  No supports needed.  You may need to play around with the scale to get the MagSafe diameter correct.  You can always use some Super Glue to ensure it stays put.  I would recommend printing in something that is heat tolerant like PETG or, even better, ASA to prevent having the model deform in the heat.
