Howdy, this is a Picatinny rail I designed to the Winchester Xpert .22 cal. bolt action rifle. I will make different lengths to accommodate various optic rings. I used both ABS and PLA. Of course ABS it's the best choice but the PLA has also held up very well , I would attach it shoot a bit then make sure the screws are gently snugged (I turned slowly till it wouldn't) then attach your optic just to ensure everything is tight and you don't have to take your scope off later, and It's made to use the same 6-48x¼ screw. NO LONGER!!!!
IMPORTANT NOTE!!! SPACERS ARE NESSASARY AS WITH OUT THEM THE SCREWS WILL TIGHTEN DOWN ON THE BOLT MAKING IT INOPERABLE!!!! -----
Also, you must print on its side with the cut out for shells ejecting facing up for the best strength
So far, I've put 200-300 rounds and counting with it and it's working very well. I hope this works well for you and please give me feedback.
