šÆ Micro Jig Mold V2A | 30mm
Technical, two-part injection mold for high-precision micro jig (3cm) soft plastic lures. Engineered for consistency and minimal flashing.
ā Technical Specifications:
- Target: Panfish / Ultra-Light fishing (Rudd, Roach, Perch).
- Geometry: 4 cavities (2x ribbed tail, 2x tapered body).
- Lure Dimensions: Length 30mm, Max Width 5mm.
- Alignment System: 4 integrated registration pins (Block A + Block B).
- Venting: Optimized air-escape channels for full cavity fill.
āļø Printing Recommendations (FDM):
- Material: PLA / PETG / ABS.
- Layer Height: 0.12mm (essential for smooth lure surface).
- Wall Loops: 3-4 (ensures mold airtightness).
- Infill: 25% Gyroid (structural rigidity for clamping).
- Supports: None required.
š ļø Usage:
- Assemble Block A and Block B using the pins.
- Secure with a clamp or strong rubber bands.
- Inject material (Plastisol/Silicone) through the top inlets.
- Demold after cooling and trim excess runners.
