Description

Boost Me (for free)

If you like it, boost it, it's free!

A model generated for Grimdark-style action figures, I created the model using AI-generated images.

I optimized the supports so that I only needed to use 3 and could minimize their impact on the figurine.

I printed the model shown in the attached photos (the colored photo is an AI example; I haven't had a chance to color it myself yet) using a 0.4-mm nozzle, and I liked the result.

I'm sharing it because I think others might like it too.

The supports are “painted” in Bamboo Studio, so if you change them, you will lose the configuration that was tested with only 3 supports.
Default print profile is at 70mm, but you can scale it as you want.

Other than that, there's nothing more to say. I hope I can paint it with my son soon, and if anyone prints it and paints it, I'd love to see your results.

If you print it, don't forget to upload your photos, I'm eager to see your creations!

Just a reminder: I share these models not for profit, but out of passion, for my collection of miniatures, and to keep my printer busy while trying to push the technical capabilities of the A1 Mini to the limit.

the original model this was ripped from is https://makerworld.com/fr/models/2745995-supportless-galactic-marines-with-a-sword#profileId-3045827 it used to be on cults3d, so this person propably didnt want to pay for it and throwed the renders into an ai, told it to modify it a little , like the sword and the cloth, then generated a 3d model. fortunaly i'mm putting everything on makerworld for free, so anyone can now go get the real one wich has much higher details.

Hello, it's not exactly like that. In the description, I clearly state that the model is generated starting from a base created with AI. I don't think I was inspired by the model on the other site, sometimes I search Google Images for models to start with. Usually, what I do with the models is work on them in Blender to remove details that are difficult to print, such as skirts, flying hair, parts that are too thin, errors inserted by the AI. And then I add, if they fit well, small details, knife pouches, skulls, omega symbols, etc... I am not a sculptor, I do this to pass the time and to spend time with the children coloring the figurines, it was not my intention to copy/annoy or harm other people. I have received 23 likes, and that already seems impossible to me :)
