Model Information:

The stadium is located right in the city center of Lorient, directly opposite the town hall, which gives it a very close connection to the city.

• The "South Stand" (Tribune Sud): The most striking feature for your 3D model is the South Stand, opened in 2010. It is significantly higher and more modern than the rest of the stadium and gives the Moustoir a distinctive, asymmetrical silhouette.
• Artificial Turf Pioneer: Lorient was the first professional club in France to play on an artificial surface (from 2010 to 2016). Since then, the stadium has been inextricably linked in France with the discussion about modern playing surfaces.
• Les Merlus: The nickname "The Hakes" reflects the maritime tradition of the port city. At home games, the stadium is a sea of Orange and Black.
• Festival Interceltique: Unique for a football stadium, annual events of the world-renowned Festival Interceltique de Lorient take place here, underscoring the cultural significance of the structure.
• Fan Proximity: Like many Breton stadiums, the Moustoir is very compactly built. Spectators sit almost directly next to the sideline.
