Cybertruck Door And Tailgate Corner Guards

For anyone who has cut their leg by having it too close to the door when closing it, this is the model for you. This prevents the sharp corner edge from catching on clothing or skin. This model fits all 4 doors. You will need a 0.5x0.5 inch piece of 3M 5925 or 4930 double sided VHB tape (0.6mm thickness), although 4926 and 4920 will probably also fit too.

There's now also corner guards for the tailgate corners which are slightly different and have a bigger cutout to fit. Use 2 slim strips of VHB tape like in the photos to secure them

It is recommended to print this in any grade of TPU for the softness, but you can use PC, ASA, ABS or PETG. I would not recommend PLA as a door in the sun gets too hot too touch and it will likely deform.

Assembly and Installation: Cut a 0.5in x 0.5in piece of 3M VHB double sided tape. Stick it on the inner side near the edge of the guard. Peel the red tape protector off. Slide the door corner in the protector slot with the larger side with the tape on the back of the door and stick the tape on with some force. For the tailgate guards, cut slim strips of VHB tape about 0.2in wide, attach them to the guards and stick the protectors on with some force.
