I got impatient: printed 3 and then wondered what to do with 3 stiff pieces of plastic. But, I didn't stop there. I made them move at the end of each curve (that would be good to put in the description) and man are they fun! I can't wait to give them to the grandkids.

I personally have not had this issue even after printing three of these. Did you happen to scale it down, because that can cause issues with the tolerances.

You could try scaling it up to 125%, that makes it a lot less likely to snap.
