Bill of Materials
Description
Take your game (and your prints) to the next level with this realistic 3D printed golf ball designed for performance, fun, and experimentation. This model was tested using 95A PEBA, but it also works extremely well with TPU, giving you flexibility depending on the feel and bounce you want.
Keep in mind: if you are using a softer material than 95A, the ball will still work, but it will not travel as far. The firmer the material, the closer it performs to a real golf ball.
What makes this design really unique is the ability to customize performance using different infill percentages. Each print profile is set up so you can easily test what works best for you:
- Lower infill → Softer feel, shorter distance, easier to control (great for practice, chipping, and backyard use)
- Higher infill (especially 100%) → Much closer to a real golf ball in terms of distance and performance
The 100% infill version is surprisingly accurate and does an excellent job mimicking the flight and feel of a real golf ball, making it perfect for testing or just having fun without losing expensive balls.
This ball is designed to be playable for all skill levels. Whether you are just starting out or already swinging confidently, if you can swing a club, this ball will fly. It is also very forgiving and workable—you can easily shape shots, fade, or draw depending on your swing.
I was honestly surprised by how well this performed during testing—it exceeded expectations and turned into a really fun and useful print.
Features:
- Realistic dimple design
- Tested with 95A PEBA (best performance)
- Also works with TPU (softer = less distance)
- Multiple print profiles for different infill performance
- Tunable distance and feel
- Easy to hit, great for all ages and skill levels
Give it a try and see which setup works best for you!

Did this golf ball actually surprise you when you hit it? If it did, I would really appreciate a boost. I spent time testing different infill levels and materials like 95A PEBA to get it to perform as close to a real golf ball as possible, and your support helps me keep improving it and making more designs like this! thanks!!! ;)
