Introduction:

A near-perfect ducted exhaust system, featuring small size ultra-thin ➕ high wind pressure ➕ slender duct exhaust

Palm-sized, highly integrated, the suction duct uses quick-release connectors, and installation methods are flexible

The duct interface is 50mm, sufficient and compact! DC12V powered, PWM speed regulation, safe, stable, and low noise~

Actual test shows that with an output duct longer than 2m, dual-channel suction ducts, and multiple 90-degree bends, two 3D Printers can achieve almost perfect odor removal!

The suction port uses adjustable dual air intake valves, allowing flexible control of the two air duct ratios and airflow volume, with minimal impact on printing!

It can also be used in conjunction with the official exhaust system, where the official high-volume axial fan provides suction, and this kit increases the air delivery distance~

When used independently, a thinner exhaust structure can be selected, reducing the protrusion from the back of the 3D Printer and the distance from the wall, saving space!

This solution is almost perfect, very flexible and compact, completely avoiding the problems of 12cm axial fans requiring large duct diameters and having short output distances!

Of course, the high airflow of ultra-short distance axial fans is not impossible, but due to duct issues, the volume is actually larger~

Printing filaments:

Bambu Lab's new PETG Basic has excellent surface quality and strength, it is recommended to try it

TPU filament (sealing gasket, not essential, can be replaced by any suitable soft rubber, foam, plastic, or silicone)

If the TPU exhaust port sealing gasket is printed with conventional filament, please print a substitute part and use other materials for sealing

Installation method:

Whether external to the enclosure or wall-mounted, it is flexible and versatile, and can be placed freely for use (the exhaust port has a symmetrical structure and can be installed reversibly)

For aesthetic reasons, the mounting holes are not pre-drilled, please drill them out yourself (wall thickness 0.5mm)

Note: The speed control board is a small board, PWM25khz, the structure is relatively compact, it is recommended to purchase the same model directly, for larger boards, potentiometer flying leads are required

There are many counterfeit fans, please be careful to distinguish them

PWM speed control generally uses 4 wires

If motors with PWM functionality are abandoned, an 8MM switch can be installed in the potentiometer hole as a replacement to directly achieve maximum speed

The softer the TPU used for the sealing gasket, the easier it is, TPU95A is relatively tight, please place it in advance before fixing the fan
