This is a 3D printable razor blade replica model with prepared print files and a parametric Fusion 360 generator for easy customization.

 

The project includes ready-made examples as well as editable source files, so you can either print immediately or generate your own version with custom settings.

Included files

  • STL files with prepared razor blade examples
  • 3MF files prepared for:
    • 0.08 mm layer height
    • 0.12 mm layer height
  • Generator with adjustable parameters:
    • layer_height
    • layers_count
    • blade_size_ratio (controls the chamfer)

The chamfered edge is controlled by the blade_size_ratio, which defines the relationship between chamfer length and height. This makes it easy to create different visual edge styles while keeping the model consistent.

 

Notes

  • The included 3MF files are already prepared for convenient print
  • Generator is included for users who want to customize the thickness and edge/chamfer appearance.

Important
This is a printed replica/model and is not intended for shaving, cutting, or any real blade use. Please handle responsibly and keep away from children ;)

 

Razors are extra thin! First layer is also extra thin! So I suggested to print it on tape. I've printed even 0.08 layer on standard table but to avoid issues I suggest to use tape. This also provides a better surface.
