Description
This Wire EDM upper and lower spray nozzle is custom 3D printed as a single piece, with its overall structure optimized for smooth wire threading and spray effect. The inlet of the spray nozzle features a progressive large flared opening design, smoothly narrowing from outside to inside to form a rounded guide surface, free of sharp edges or steps.
The middle transition section uses a curved chamfer to prevent molybdenum wire snagging; the internal water outlet channel is straight and unobstructed, ensuring stable flushing pressure and preventing slag accumulation and blockage. The overall mounting position matches the equipment, allowing molybdenum wire to be smoothly fed during threading, completely eliminating snagging and jamming issues, and significantly improving machine uptime efficiency.
