SlideGlide is a compact EDC linear‑motion slider designed for smooth, satisfying movement and ultra‑fast printing. The pin travels cleanly through the opening, the geometry is optimized for FDM tolerances, and the inverse‑color pin makes the motion instantly readable. A small keychain hole turns SlideGlide into a true everyday‑carry companion — pocket, backpack, keys.

No supports, no brim, easy assembly
Assembly Note
The pin consists of two printed parts that must be screwed together inside the frame. This locks the pin in place and allows the slider to move smoothly without falling out.
Print Profiles
- FAST PRINT — 0.2 mm, ~23 minutes incl. warmup, PLA basic
- SILK EDITION — 0.16 mm, optimized for metallic sheen, PLA Silk
DUAL COLOR — 0.16 mm filament swap on layer 1 and the final layer; frame two‑tone, pin in inverse colors
Mechanics
- Free‑moving pin with smooth travel
- Optimized tolerances for FDM printers
- Stable geometry, no wobble, no sticking
Optional detent version available as SlideSpin (snappier, clickier feel)
EDC Integration The keychain hole is small enough to keep the silhouette clean, but large enough for split rings, clips, or paracord. SlideGlide becomes a pocket‑friendly, always‑with‑you motion toy.
