Customizable Parametric Pizza Cookie Cutter

This parametric pizza slice cookie cutter allows you to easily generate custom cutter and matching pusher designs directly in the MakerWorld Customizer. The design features a wide rounded crust, gently curved shoulders, straight slice sides, and a rounded tip, creating a clean and recognizable pizza slice silhouette that works well for party themes, food-themed baking, pizza nights, and fun novelty treats.

You can adjust the pizza slice size, overall scale, number of rows and columns, cutter depth, spacing between shapes, and optional pull tab placement. The default settings are preconfigured for reliable generation, clean geometry, strong walls, and balanced proportions, so most users can simply adjust size and layout as needed.

This model also includes interleaved packing support, allowing alternating pizza slices to flip and nest between each other for more efficient use of build space when generating multiple shapes. For single cutters, tabs automatically attach closer to the pizza body. For larger grids, tabs are positioned based on the outer body of the full arrangement for better usability.

The customizer includes a built-in 300 × 300 mm build plate limit to prevent oversized models from being generated. If your chosen settings exceed this size, simply reduce the scale, spacing, packing density, or number of pizza slices until it fits within the limit.

Pizza Width & Height – Set the overall size of each pizza slice
Pizza Scale – Uniformly resize the pizza slice while keeping proportions

Columns & Rows – Choose how many pizza slices wide and deep

Shape Spacing – Adjust the gap between each pizza slice

Alternate Flip Packing – Enable interleaved nesting so adjacent pizza slices rotate 180° for more efficient spacing

Nest Reduction X – Reduce horizontal spacing between interleaved pizza slices

Stagger Drop – Adjust the vertical offset used for flipped packed shapes

Cutter Depth – Adjust the wall height

Wall Thickness & Brim Width – Control strength and base stability

Tab Mode & Tab Size – Enable pull tabs and adjust their size

Tab Position & Rotation – Choose tab placement (left, right, top, bottom) and orientation

Tab Attach T – Adjust where side tabs attach along the pizza body

Pusher Clearance – Fit adjustment between cutter and pusher

Pusher Extra Length – Adjust how far the pusher extends above the cutter

Taper Height & Tip Thickness – Cutting edge profile
