Description

A simple shelf for my Horusdy Torx Screwdriver Set. The shelf hangs on a pegboard compatible with Ikea SKÅDIS. The shelf is on a 10° slope forward making it comfortable to access the tools. The Horusdy Torx Screwdriver Set is as per the one available on Amazon.

No print support needed! No additional hardware needed! Easy to assemble! Works perfectly in PLA Basic!

This is a large print, nearly filling the width of a 256mm build plate, so there is a risk of build plate adhesion problems and the shelf warping.

  • Make sure your build plate is clean (with soap and water).
  • The print profile includes brims painted in the troublesome spots and slower first layer speed.
  • Consider slightly increasing the bed temperature. I have use 60° for PLA Basic.

The shelf and the brackets are printed separately for extra strength. They are connected together using a tight press fit. If your printer leaves the fit a little loose, you may like to add some CA glue to secure the components. If your printer leaves the fit a little tight, you may need gentle tapping to connect them (e.g. using a rubber mallet or similar).
