Description

A very sturdy paper towel holder for mounting under a desk/workbench/cabinet. I tried printing other various paper towel holders from Printables before and they all seemed flimsy or didn't fit together right, so I decided to design my own.

The paper towel roll is held in place by threaded knobs on either end. The brackets are designed to mount to the bottom of the desk/workbench/cabinet using command strips or double sided tape, since I did not want to drill holes in my new desk. I used 2x command strips per side, and it feels very sturdy.

You must print one of each bracket (left and right) and two knobs. I used coextruded silk PLA, but any rigid filament should work.

Love this! I hunted through so many paper towel holders, and my family and I liked this one best. Very cool looking, and functions well! Hexagons are the bestagons, after all! (CGP Grey reference https://youtu.be/thOifuHs6eY?si=0Hk6eRSwhZofwwan ) Printed in PLA Silk+ White and added a .9 layer of PLA Silk+ Titan Grey. Used the print profile with the screw holes, but using tape until I'm sure we like the location.

Made another for my workshop. Thanks! You should add holes for screws. It's not like it will affect using tape. I added some but it might be nice to have in the model from the start.
