Description
Description: A heavy-duty adapter plate designed to mount two devices (e.g., a phone holder and a radio cradle) onto a single ProClip base. This plate is specifically optimized to solve the clearance issues often encountered when mounting radio brackets.
System Compatibility: This plate is the perfect companion for the Baofeng UV-5R "Dock-Style" Cradle. The integrated grooves are specifically positioned and depth-optimized (6 mm) to house the belt clip of the Baofeng cradle, allowing for a perfectly flush and stable installation.
Features:
- Symmetrical Layout: Provides space for two holders with a net spacing of 60 mm between them.
- Belt-Clip Grooves: Includes unique cutouts, 23 mm wide and 6 mm deep, at the top of the plate. These allow the radio's belt clip to sit recessed within the plate, ensuring the cradle remains flush-mounted without being pushed forward.
- Recessed Mounting: Center holes are countersunk on the front side, allowing the plate to be mounted flush to the ProClip base without protruding bolt heads.
- Durable Construction: With an 8 mm thickness, the plate offers the necessary rigidity to keep two devices stable, even on rough terrain.
Print Settings:
- Material: PETG or ASA/ABS (recommended for heat resistance in vehicles).
- Orientation: Print with the grooves facing upwards to achieve a support-free print.
- Infill: Minimum 40% (Gyroid recommended) for structural strength around the screw points.
