Description
🔧 1" Male Hydraulic Adapter Series, Multi-Profile, with 5 Individually Selectable Variants (GAS/BSP)
This collection includes a series of 3D printable hydraulic adapters, all with a starting 1" Male GAS/BSP connection, available in the following versions:
- 1" Male → 1" 1/4 Male
- 1" Male → 1" Male
- 1" Male → 3/4" Male
- 1" Male → 1/2" Male
- 1" Male → 3/8" Male
The file has been organized in multi-profile mode, allowing for easier management of the complete series.
Each adapter can still be downloaded, selected, and printed individually, choosing only the size of interest, without necessarily using the entire collection.
Attention: all models created by me have been tested by coupling them with commercial metal fittings. I guarantee their full compatibility and effective seal, if printed correctly and used for suitable applications.
This series is designed for those who need reductions or quick connections in the following areas:

✔ Central hexagonal body for wrench tightening
✔ Geometry optimized for FDM printing

✔ Possibility to choose and print only the desired model
✔ Designed for good compatibility with standard commercial fittings
⚠️ Not suitable for permanent high-pressure or hot water systems.
⚠️ The use of PTFE tape (Teflon) is recommended to improve sealing.
⚠️ As with all 3D printed components, the final result depends on material, printer tolerances, and print settings.
