Pronation / Supination Training Tool (3D Printable)
This is a purpose-built training tool designed to improve forearm strength, wrist stability, and rotational control through pronation and supination movements. The design consists of a spindle and a weight carrier pole, allowing for scalable loading depending on your training level.
The model has been engineer-designed with internal hollow cavities and optimized print orientation to maximise strength while keeping material usage efficient. It has been physically tested to withstand up to 30kg of loading.

Printing recommendations:
- Material: PETG (recommended for durability and slight flexibility)
- Print profile: 0.20mm Strength @BBL X1C
Weight carrier pole:
- Use a brim (no supports required) to improve bed adhesion
Spindle:
- No brim required
- Supports required for the handle only
The modular design allows for easy assembly and adaptability, making it ideal for athletes, rehab work, and general grip/forearm training.
