Description

Custom Toothpick Frame for Meteor 75 Pro Electronics – Toothpick Conversion Kit

This is a full custom toothpick frame designed to reuse the complete electronics stack from the popular Meteor 75 Pro whoop drone. It turns your stock 75mm whoop into a proper lightweight toothpick quad (approximately 40–45mm propeller size) while keeping all original components.

The design is 100% compatible with the Meteor 75 Pro AIO board that has the factory-soldered connectors from the series no soldering or modifications required on the AIO itself. Everything drops straight in.

What’s included in the download files:

  • Two complete frame variants:
    • Frame for original Meteor 45mm propellers (stock setup)
    • Frame for custom smaller 40mm propellers
  • Upper frame part (camera and canopy mount)
  • Battery holder

Required hardware (exactly what you need):

  • 8 × M1.4 × 5 mm screws (for assembling the main frame and upper part)
  • 16 × original/stock motor mounting screws (4 per motor reused from your Meteor 75 Pro)

Printing recommendations (exactly how I printed mine):

  • Main frame + Upper frame part → ABS
  • Battery holder → TPU
  • Calibration Stands → PLA

Print settings that worked great for me: 0.2 mm layer height, 3–4 walls, 100% infill for TPU and ABS parts.
WARNING! THIS IS THE VERY FIRST ALPHA VERSION OF THIS FRAME
Feedback, crash test results, photos of your builds and suggestions are extremely welcome
