Description

Hi, I needed a through-deck block for a Spanish-printed IOM-class RC yacht hull.

The block is based on a bearing pulley from AliExpress – 10 mm outer diameter, 3 mm width, and 3 mm inner hole. I personally printed it in ASA using a 0.2 mm nozzle. The red show model is PLA, but I’m not sure how it will behave in direct sunlight, so I recommend printing something stronger.

Mounting is with M2 socket-head cap screws (countersunk / flat head hex). In theory, you don’t even need to glue it – if something breaks, you just unscrew it, pull it out and disassemble into parts for repair.
