Today I designed a hook ring for corsets. The piece consists of a reinforced circular ring with a flat mounting plate and two separate sewing holes, allowing it to be securely stitched onto fabric.

The design spreads the load across the base plate, which helps prevent tearing in the fabric while keeping the ring stable. Once sewn in place, the ring works as a durable anchor point for hooks, lacing, straps, or closures, making it useful not only for corsets but also for bags, garments, or other sewing projects.

It’s a small, practical print that’s easy to produce and integrates nicely into textile work — another useful tool in the overlap between 3D printing and sewing.
