A Clearance Gauge for fitting parts.

It includes circular and square gauges both in the layer direction and perpendicular to it, as tolerances can differ depending on what direction your parts will be fitted.

All figures in mm.

Why is the square side of the peg chamfered?

FDM printers can not print perfect corners due to the line thickness. When parts don't fit, it is often caused by this limitation. It is therefor always advised to chamfer edges that will need to fit into holes with sharp corners.
