Jump Rope, a beaded jumping rope | adults and kids

I designed this custom jump rope because store-bought ropes were always too short for me…

This model includes ergonomic handles (bigger and smaller version), plus two bead options (light beads and heavy beads). The rope uses paracord, so you can cut it to your exact length and assemble the rope yourself. The handles are ergonomic and textured for a good grip.
 

Each handle has a small internal “bearing bead” – just thread the paracord through the handle and this bead, then tie a knot. The bead acts like a simple spacer/bearing so the rope spins smoothly.
 

All jump beads are 25 mm long cylinders, which makes length planning easy.
For example: 10 beads = 25 cm of rope, 12 beads ≈ 1 ft, 20 beads = 50 cm, 40 beads = 1 m. This also lets you tune the workout:

• Fewer beads → faster rope; more beads → slower rope
• Light beads → easier swing; heavy beads → more effort per swing

Assembly is simple (no screws or glue needed). Thread the paracord, set your length, and tie it off to build a jump rope that fits exactly as you need.
