Description

Cowboy bikes don't have standard bottle cage holes, which makes mounting a Knog Scout a nightmare. , so I engineered this armor to be mathematically flush with the Cowboy bike (cruiser ST in my case)  seatpost. The 18° angle integrates perfectly, creating a sleek "vault" that looks totally OEM.

Ultimate Security: Because of the way this is designed, if your bike battery is locked in place, or your seatpost is secured with a Hexlox/Pitstopper, it is physically impossible for a thief to remove this mount.

Key Engineering Features:

  • Zero-Lip Drop-In Loading: No flimsy plastic clips to break. Your aluminum seatpost acts as an unstoppable vault door. Drop the Scout in, slide the seatpost down, and it's physically trapped and silent.
  • Acoustic Stealth Vents: Internal vents align perfectly with the Knog's piezo buzzer. No sound is muffled; the 85dB alarm will still scream.
  • Battery Anti-Snag: Integrated internal steps prevent your battery wires from getting snagged during installation.
  • Universal Drainage: Integrated side ports channel water out, keeping your tracker dry.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Material: PETG/ABS/ASA (Mandatory for outdoor use / I used PETG).
  • Infill: 15% (Use 3 Wall Loops—that is what actually provides the strength).

Infill pattern: Honeycomb
