Pump stuffer made for 90's Kawasaki 750sx and sxi
This pump stuffer goes in your jet pump intake track and creates the correct geometry to minimize air pockets.
The 750sx has a flawed design in the intake track that causes an air bubble to form. This makes you loose top speed while also making the ski take longer to hook up.
Installing this stuffer can
- Gain 2+ mph top speed
- Improve rough water hookup
Use high quality rtv silicone to attach this stuffer. The stuffer should make a nice smooth path for water to flow. while also not hitting the drive shaft. The part comes in 2 pieces not only to make it easier to print, but to also allow the stuffer to be installed without removing the drive shaft. Just print the pins and slide them together around the shaft. Make sure to use rtv around the pins and 2 parts.
