⚙️ Print Settings
- Container & Lid: PETG (recommended for outdoor/tactical use).
- Gaskets & ColorCode Rings: TPU (95A or softer).
- Walls: 3–4 Wall Loops for maximum durability.
- Wall Order: Inner/Outer (Critical for thread precision!).
- Layer Height: 0.16 mm.
- Infill: 15–20% (Cross Hatch).

💡 Assembly Tip
Slide the ColorCode Ring from the bottom until it snaps into the groove. For 100% water tightness, ensure the TPU gasket is seated flat in the lid. A tiny drop of silicone grease on the threads will make the operation buttery smooth! 🧈✨

While the HELiX Tactical - "Tango" is designed to be waterproof with the included TPU gasket, the final result depends entirely on your print quality, material choice, and assembly.
- Test before use: Always perform a "dry run" (submerge the empty container in a bowl of water for 30 minutes) before trusting it with expensive electronics or critical medication. 🧪💧
- Maintenance: Ensure the TPU seal is clean and free of debris. A tiny bit of silicone grease on the seal and threads is highly recommended for long-term reliability.
