This preassembled, dual-height rock pillar set is built to elevate your units during engagements while providing critical line-of-sight blocking cover across the battlefield. Engineered specifically for FDM printing as solid, single-piece models, they feature a robust hexagonal geometry, rugged stone-textured pillars, and bold, readable cracked-earth surface details that print cleanly while maintaining a gritty, natural silhouette.

Serving as both a static vantage point and thematic battlefield obstacle, the Elevated Terrain embodies practical tabletop utility. Available in two distinct heights, the standardized hexagonal footprints fit securely alongside each other to build fixed plateaus, while the organic rock formations and heavy-duty top plates create a realistic tabletop presence. The dynamic verticality and imposing bulk make them a true essential utility piece for any sci-fi mech army or skirmish board.

Solid Single-Piece Design (no assembly required): The terrain pieces are ready for the table straight off the build plate, featuring a perfectly flat, geometric top with cracked stone detailing. Provided in two static heights, they allow you to create instant, unshifting verticality and multi-level battlefield engagements without the hassle of balancing loose parts.

FDM Printing Recommendations

• Optimization: Purpose-built for clean FDM printing with strong structural integrity. Because these are solid, preassembled pieces, ensure bed adhesion is dialed in to prevent base warping, especially on the taller variant. Consider enabling "Ironing" for the topmost surface to ensure your mechs have a perfectly smooth standing area.
• Layer Height: Recommended 0.12mm – 0.20mm for optimal stone texture definition, cracked earth surfaces, and organic rock details.
• Supports: Support-free design. The main pillars and rock overhangs are designed with safe angles to be printed flat on the build plate without the need for additional generated supports.
• Infill: 10-15% Lightning or Gyroid infill is recommended to save filament on the taller pillars while maintaining a solid, weighty feel on the table.
• Nozzle: Optimized for 0.4mm nozzle.
