Volk Racing VR Style Center Cap

I made these to replace the rare center caps that came on a set of G35 wheels. These are a direct fit for the Volk GT-7 wheels like the ones shown in the photos. If you have these wheels on a G35, G37, or 350Z and you are missing your caps, these should work for you.

The design comes in two pieces with a Face and a Retainer. This makes it much easier to print and assemble.

FITMENT SPECS Inner Bore Clip Size: 53.5mm to 54.0mm Outer Face Size: 60mm Clip Height: 5mm These fit the 5x114.3 wheels found on Nissans and Infinities with the small-bore holes.

HOW TO PRINT Material: Use ASA or PETG if you can. Regular PLA might melt from the heat of your brakes. Walls: Set your walls to 4 or 6. You want the clips to be solid, so they don't snap off. Face Texture: If you want the carbon fiber look from my photos, print the face piece upside down on a carbon fiber texture plate. Supports: You don't need any supports for these.

HOW TO USE THE CENTERING RINGS The centering rings do not get glued to the center cap. They sit behind the face to lock the clips into the wheel bore so the cap stays tight. You really only need to use one ring for a good fit, but I have included enough space so you can use two rings if you want it to be even more secure.

ASSEMBLY Since the centering rings stay separate, you just need to make sure everything is lined up when you pop the cap into the wheel. It is a good idea to test the fit with one ring first before deciding if you need the second one.
