Description

Press down and out pops a doob tube, upright and ready to be grabbed. This dispenser functions with flair. The mechanical action of this machine is smooth, satisfying, and reliable. Up to forty-four 116mm tubes can fit inside of it. What you fill the tubes with is up to you! A video of the dispenser in action can be found at my website.

The front panel of this dispenser can be removed and replaced with a panel of your own making. If you'd like for me to make a front panel with your logo, please click here.

The doob tube dispenser requires a 1/8" diameter elastic cord to function. This is what I recommend.

Recommended printing material for everything: PETG.

How to do a two color print for those who have never done it: while slicing set up a "print-pause" at the layer where the color needs to be changed. Your printer will pause mid-print, you change out the filament, and then resume the print. Google for more detail; I promise it's easy. Every printer is capable of doing this.

Printed love your thoughts on wanting to share this but I am having a really hard time getting the tubes to fall through they keep getting stuck any thoughts

I printed this model out as well and it seems that on some tubes have a slightly different size depending on the vendor. I think what's causing the tubes to not flow properly is the hinge on the tubes. Maybe focusing on the mechanism to be a bit rounded or wider would help the fluidity. I would also like for this to work on smaller tubes like 98mm. Besides that, I love this design and your other models. Keep up the hard work!

which brand tube did you get? I’m going to try to make this thing universal. 98mm version is coming soon

Highlock tubes and some other generic tubes from "CHINA" but I think the problem is the hinge and lip of the tube causing the jams.

go for it personally I’d just order them though. they cost anywhere between 10 and 20 cents per tube when ordered on Amazon.
