I'm relatively new to 3D printing and I'm learning how to use Fusion. Designing functional gear for the amateur radio community and other projects has been incredibly rewarding, and your feedback helps me improve. The more complicated prints have taken many days to draft and learn, so there's often been a lot of unseen effort into most of these free prints.

Overview
This case shares similar dimensions with the "factory" case that comes as an option for the Heltec T114, but with the addition of an integrated belt/pocket clip.
The design features snap tabs to secure the face to the body, meaning no screws are required. You can easily remove the face by applying gentle fingernail pressure at the seam interface, or by depressing the locking tabs through the side access holes.
Material Choice & Assembly
It prints well in either ASA or ABS. I do not recommend PLA, as the clip will lose its tension and shape over time.
The clip accommodates a standard 1.5" belt. Because it is printed under tension, the lower contact point must be fused or glued to the body. You will need to hold that interface near the bottom of the clip in place until the bond sets. I used a bread knife and rubber bands to clamp it, which worked perfectly. I highly recommend doing a dry test run before applying your adhesive/bonding—see the photos for reference.
Supports
Normally, I spend extra time designing my prints to eliminate the need for supports. However, because this is an adaptation of the factory case, I didn't have that luxury. While I could have experimented with printing it at a 45-degree angle, I didn't want to invest extra time into a design that was a one-off project for me.
You will notice in the print profile that I used ABS support material for the support interface. This makes post-processing and cleanup much easier, but it is certainly not required if you don't have it on hand.
Buttons
Please note that this print does not include the buttons, as the factory case buttons can be reused perfectly with this design. If you do need buttons, I have uploaded them as a separate project.
As always, I'm still fairly new to this, so constructive feedback is always welcome. If you like the design, please throw it a thumbs up! Thanks!
