Description
Hello! This is a cylindrical pump holder that clips onto the side of the B-Rail. The design is symmetrical, so it can be installed on either the left or right side of your bike. Note: I also created a simpler version without the rail, which you can find here.
Pump Diameter
This holder fits cylindrical pumps ranging from 16 mm to 32 mm in diameter.
There are 8 versions, labeled from 16 mm to 30 mm in 2 mm increments.
For the best fit, choose a version that is slightly smaller than the diameter of your pump so the clip holds it firmly.
Example:
If your pump measures 19 mm, the 18 mm version is the ideal choice.
Width / Clearance
The pump clip provides 20 mm of clearance on each side for the accessory mounted on top and for your bike tube. It is compatible with most B-Rail accessories. If you need more space—because your tube is extra wide or you want to mount a larger accessory—an extended version of the pump holder is also included in the print files. It adds 5 mm in width.
Securing the Pump
To keep the pump securely in place, you can use one of the following options:
- O-ring (recommended): An O-ring available on MakerWorld, part RB005, fits perfectly and holds the pump securely.
- Elastic band: A standard elastic band also works well. Wrap it 2–3 turns around the pump if needed for extra tension.
- Velcro strap: A small Velcro strap can be passed through the slot in the holder to secure the pump.
