Replacement Hue Diffuser for Turaco Hue Pedestal/Path Lights

Is the diffuser of your Turaco pedestal/path light discolored, dirty, or damaged due to prolonged outdoor use? Now you can easily replace the diffuser with a new one that is easy to install and ensures the continued use of your outdoor lighting without having to replace the entire fixture.

The plastic covers of the Turaco path lights were so deteriorated and unsightly stained after only 3 years that they absolutely had to be replaced.
The manufacturer now also offers them for replacement, but as of today, they are not available.
And for the price asked for a pair, I'd rather buy 1kg of filament and produce at least 5 pairs. ;)

The selected infill pattern (internal solid rectilinear infill, 15% grid infill)
creates a subtly visible fine texture on the sides and front when illuminated, which I even prefer over the smooth original.

When unlit, it is hardly distinguishable from the new original.

The supports (tree auto) can be easily and cleanly removed after printing.

To replace, simply remove the two screws on the top of the light, remove the top cover, lift out the old diffusers, and insert the new ones. Reattach the cover with the screws and enjoy.

I used white PETG for printing. In my opinion, it looks the best,
it will last the longest outdoors and is closest to the original.
When using conventional light sources with more than 20W, I would be cautious due to the heat generated, but who still uses such things voluntarily? :)
LED light sources are the first choice!

When it comes to wall infill and print color, you can, of course, let your creativity run wild and give the Turaco a completely new look.
Customization, for example with a house number, is also possible.
