Heavy-Duty Click-Lock Pipe Clamps (M4) 30-20 mm

Need a really secure and robust way to guide or hold pipes? These heavy-duty clamps are built much sturdier (12mm thick) than standard versions to handle more demanding applications. They are designed for easy and secure mounting using M4 screws or lag bolts.

Key Design Features:

• Distinct 'Click' Feedback: The defining feature is the audible and tactile 'click' you'll hear and feel when the pipe is pressed into place. This snap-on mechanism provides a very positive and satisfying confirmation that the pipe is held securely.
• Support-Free and Flat-Printing: Optimized for 3D printing, this model requires NO SUPPORT material. For maximum strength of the flexible arms, it is recommended to PRINT FLAT on its side. This ensures the layer lines don't create weak points.
• Countersunk M4 Mount: The central mounting hole is perfectly countersunk for a flush-fitting M4 flat-head screw.

Printing Instructions:

• Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are strongly recommended for their combination of strength and flexibility. The snap-on arms need some give without breaking. PLA can be used for less demanding applications but might be too brittle for repeated use of the click feature.
• Orientation: Print on its side.
• Supports: None.
• Infill: 25-40% (Cubic or Gyroid) for great strength. Use at least 3-4 walls.
