Description

Ciao!!!

I'm using this  a zero-clearance fence to prevent tear-out on the back of the cut.

Precision Engineering for Tear-Out Free Cutting
This vertical sacrificial fence is specifically designed for the Festool Kapex KS 120, providing the ultimate support for your workpieces. It is the essential accessory for those seeking cabinet-grade finishes on every cut.

Key Features:

  • Zero-Clearance Performance: Specifically optimized for fixed 90° cuts, it supports the wood fibers right up to the blade's edge, effectively eliminating all tear-out and splintering.
  • Perfectly Flush Alignment: Engineered to be seamlessly aligned with the Kapex 120 horizontal fence, ensuring a continuous and stable reference surface.
  • No-Tool Installation: Forget about screws or complex mounting. This insert features a precision snap-fit design that locks directly into the moving wings of the original horizontal fence.
  • Rock-Solid Stability: Once installed, there is zero play or movement, providing a safe and reliable backup for even the most delicate mouldings.
