The story behind the model
This model is a modern interpretation of the timeless story of David versus Goliath. It captures the moment of determination, courage, and triumph of the seemingly weaker against the giant. The flowing, dynamic lines symbolize the trajectory of the stone and the unstoppable power of faith and skill.
Whether as a reminder of one's own courage or as an aesthetic work of art, this sculpture brings classic history into the age of 3D printing.
Print settings & tips
To perfectly bring out the fine details of the "David sculpture," I recommend the following settings:
• Layer height: 0.12mm to 0.16mm (for silky smooth curves).
• Walls: At least 3 wall lines for good stability of the lamellae.
• Material: PLA Marble or matte white/gray for a classic statue look.
• Cooling: 100% (very important for the overhangs of the spiral).
