Lemon Juice Dispenser – Insertable Lemon Juicer

A simple and practical tool that turns a whole lemon into a clean, easy-to-use juice dispenser.
Just insert the spiral tube into the fruit and pour lemon juice directly where you need it — without squeezing mess or splashing juice everywhere.

This design allows you to use the lemon like a small bottle. The built-in lid lets you close the dispenser after use, so you can store the lemon for later without it drying out as quickly as a cut fruit.

Print Information

The print profile includes 2 parts:

• Spiral tube – the part that is inserted into the lemon
• Lid (cap) – a small hinged cover that closes the dispenser

Both parts are included in the profile and should be printed together.

Recommended Material

PETG is strongly recommended.

• PETG – more resistant to acidic liquids like lemon juice and better for long-term durability.
• PLA – also prints very well and works fine, but citric acid may degrade PLA faster over time.

For best results and longer lifespan, PETG is the preferred material.

Assembly Manual

IMPORTANT – the lid must be inserted in a specific way.

The hinge uses two small ball joints that snap into the slot.

Assembly steps:

1. Insert one side of the lid hinge (one ball) into the slot first.
2. Then gently press the opposite side until the second ball snaps into place.

Do NOT try to press both sides at the same time — it will not fit.

Following this method allows the hinge to snap in easily without damaging the parts.
