Honda CB 650 Turn Signal Fork Mount

This precisely fitting and extremely minimalist turn signal holder was specifically designed for the front fork of the Honda CB 650 R. It replaces bulky original parts or expensive aftermarket holders and provides an ultra-clean look directly on the fork. A special highlight is the integrated, hidden cable routing, which guides the turn signal cable neatly and invisibly.

Dimensions of the turn signal inserts

The turn signals are lightly pressed in, so no glue is needed. On the back there is a small hole through which the turn signal can be pushed out again if it is ever defective.

Required Hardware (For a complete set / Right & Left)

To mount the holders on both sides of the fork, in addition to the 3D print, you will need the following parts:

• 2x LED turn signal inserts (approx. 21 x 8.5 mm)

• 4x M4 threaded inserts for melting in (Heat-Set Inserts). Dimensions: M4 internal thread, approx. 6 mm length, outer diameter approx. 6 mm.

• 4x M4 socket head cap screws (preferably stainless steel/V2A). Length: 8 mm or 10 mm.

Since the holder is exposed to vibrations, UV radiation, summer heat, and engine waste heat on the motorcycle, normal PLA or PETG must not be used!

• Recommended Filament: PA-CF / PAHT-CF (Nylon with carbon fiber) for maximum rigidity and the perfect matte carbon look. Alternatively, ASA, ABS or PC (Polycarbonate) also work wonderfully, as these are UV and temperature resistant.
